Making sure that you’re maintaining a healthy diet is key to getting the nutrients you need to focus concentration, boost attention span and keeping your memory powers at their peak. Fresh fruit and vegetables are so important because of the high levels of the antioxidant vitamins A, C and E known to be so critical for brain health and memory.

It’s also a good idea to include plenty of oily fish or fish oil supplements in your daily diet.
